Deep Tissue , Sports Massage:
Gently going deeper into the body to release deep seeded muscle tension. Reduces muscle spasms and stiffness, allowing for greater flexibility and range of motion.

Lymphatic Therapy:
Based on the Loren Berry method of body work. Focusing on the abdominal area to release toxins from the liver, gall bladder, spleen, bladder, and intestines.

Cranialsacral Therapy:
Balancing the cerebral spinal fluid. Deeply relaxing.

Reflexology:
The entire body is reflected in the feet. This work focuses on the manipulation of the feet on a very deep level.
