Need to Know:

In order to be good hosts, we’d like to give you a few pointers about our amazing remote mountain town!

  1. There is no cell phone service. You’ll lose coverage near the KOA campground 6 miles from Carbondale and shortly after Paonia to the south.

  2. There is limited wifi and internet service depending upon your accommodations.

  3. The nearest gas station and grocery store are in Carbondale, 20 miles north.

  4. The speed limit on Colorado Highway 133 is 50 MPH and there are limited places to pass. Be courteous to other drivers and use the pull-outs as necessary.

  5. The speed limit on Redstone Boulevard is SLOW (15 MPH). Watch out for pedestrians, bikers and animals!
